I am not able to edit structure or tags in a released document (does not apply to content) in the Documents view of the Admin Console
It is possible that when a User tries to edit a document that has been released, you will find the “Edit” button is no longer available, but is Greyed Out.
The use the various tabs, “Structure” for the changing of the numbering or content flow, using the “Tags” tab for the setting of tags for filtering or changing the module numbering, or using the “Content” tab to re-organise the structure of the modules is not possible. Also, “Reuse Content” cannot be updated.
In order to reduce the possibility of areas of a document being changed incorrectly once a document is released in Yonder, it can only be edited in the Admin Console view if a user is assigned the following "Role":
“Edit_released”
Once the role has been assigned to a User, they will see the “Edit” button is no longer Greyed Out and they will be able to make changes to a “Released Document” in the Admin console.
Please contact the person/department responsible for User Management in Yonder within your company to have this role assigned if, as a User you need to edit released documents in the Admin Console.
