Documents - Structure

The “Structure” tab allows selected users to fine tune the properties related to the structure of the document.

For ease of reference, its functionalities and properties are marked with numbers that refer to the tabs below the image.

1

Expand view to display entire module tree

Quickly expand all of the modules to show the entire hierarchy.

2

Title

Shows the title of the respective information module.

3

Number

Allows users to define the numbering, where the same pattern will be applied for subsequent chapters until specified otherwise (given that the checkbox for “autonumbering” was ticked in the Metadata tab).

4

Inhibit Numbering

Allows users to skip the numbering for a particular information module. Remark: Numbering pattern is continued thereafter instead.

5

Content Flow Sequence

Provides users with an overview on the content flow sequence.

6

Apply Flow Sequence

Allows users to group information to a content flow by ticking the respective box.

Important: It is not possible to set a content flow within another. Trying to do so can result in content not being visible in the document.

7

Show / Hide Title

Allows users to either show (ticked box) or hide the title of the respective information module in the actual document displayed in the Yonder Reader.

8

Show / Hide Number

Allows users to either show (ticked box) or hide the numbering of the respective information module in the actual document displayed in the Yonder Reader.

9

Show / Hide Outline

Allows users to hide (ticked box) the title in the outline of the document displayed in the Yonder Reader.

Remarks: As all of the changes made to the structure are reversible, users are encouraged to try out the above-mentioned functionality and view the resulting outcome by publishing the document to the Yonder Reader Online. To that end, it's worth mentioning that users shall keep in mind to also reload the Yonder Reader Online before trying to view any of the applied changes previously published, as they won't be visible otherwise.
