When working in the Admin Console Documents view on a document, whether in “Draft” (Not released) or a “Released” document, where some editing has been undertaken or a change made i.e. addition of a new module, content change within a module, new structure of the modules, etc. 

The change will not be shown in the Dashboard view until the document has been "Published".

To publish the document, click on the “Publish” button in the top right hand corner of the document view:

This will then “push” the changes made in the document to the Dashboard view.

Once you have seen the confirmation pop up, confirming that the document has been “published” in the Admin Console:

Navigate to the Dashboard view and the document you want to see the changes in and “Refresh” the browser you are using to ensure that the latest version of the document is shown:

When viewing the document you will now see the changes you have made to it in the Admin Console view.
