- Irrelevant editor information was shown in the reader. That has been adjusted.
- Notifications
- The bug, where notifications on Document Revision could be created after the release of the document has been fixed.

- In some cases the “Delete Module” Change Request did not show the “Reason for deletion”. This has been adjusted.

- When a document is being archived or deleted the individual favorites pointing to the document can now be deleted by the user.
- In some cases favorites were disappearing from the dashboard. That has been fixed.
- Favorites can only be created on Released Documents from now on.
- History Log
- IQSMS is now included in the History Log.
- Generating change tasks in now included in the History Log.

- When downloading a generated pdf export package, the file name is now the following; <document name>_<revision>.pdf
- The sort order of documents in the Archive tab is now according to “latest revision on top” descending.

- “Content Flow” for the export of a Content Flow.
- IQSMS
- Amendment details and latest Group Regulation ID are now displayed.
- When an amendment which is being imported is not available in IQSMS, a clear notification is now displayed.

- The embedded editor has been updated to a new version. With the last version of the editor, we experienced a number of bugs which are now fixed.
- The color of a colored text in a list can now be removed by clicking the rubbish bin.

- Several issues with bullet points or numbered lists have been fixed.
- The embedded editor has been updated to a new version. With the last version of the editor, we experienced a number of bugs which are now fixed.

- In the past we experienced cases where role assignment to tags (tag bound roles) led to wrong filtering. From now on the role assignment to a tag is managed by Yonder.

- From now on you can compare two revisions of the same document in order to visualise the changes implemented.

- The possibility to change the effectivity of a released document has been moved to a special function that can be called via “Change Effective Date” in the kebab menu (role edit_released is required).

IQSMS Importer
- We are introducing a new version of our IQSMS Importer
- IOSA Standard Manuals (ISM) are now managed in a new section "IQSMS ISM" of the Admin Console.
The other IQSMS documents are still managed in the "IQSMS Importer" section. - The "IQSMS ISM" section is visible if the user has a specific role (iqsms_ism).
- The ISM Importer Section lists all regulations of the type “ISM” by edition. This allows to handle several ISM editions in parallel in Yonder.
- When a new edition of an ISM document is imported, all legal links in Yonder documents pointing to the old ISM edition will be copied and change requests will be created if required.
- New revisions of existing ISM editions will be processed in the same way as other IQSMS documents
- IOSA Standard Manuals (ISM) are now managed in a new section "IQSMS ISM" of the Admin Console.
Yonder Reader
- Filter:
- The filter settings, for filtering and sorting, are now persisted even after a logout/login. They will be lost after a cookie deletion or privat browsing.
- Notifications:
- The messages in the notification tab are now sorted to criticality. The sorting oder is, that the most overdue (red) are displayed on top (with the oldest “valid from” date first), followed by the orange (with the closest to the actual date first) and the done (blue) at the bottom.
- The filter is now always displayed, even if there are less than 5 entries in the notification column. Filters are persisted when logging in/out in the same browser. They are not persisted when changing the browser or using private browsing.
- Workflow Updates:
- Workflow updates are always displayed even if the document is not visible (e.g. because of filter settings in the reader). They are not impacted by filtering any more.
- The sorting of the Workflow Updates has been improved.

- Words are now separated by a correct syllable division or if possible are not be separated.
- Error messages
- Improved error messages when the creation of a new document was not possible due to a missing role.

- “Reimportable” documents do not count as “action required”. Only “available” imports are counted and marked in blue.

Yonder Admin Console
Forms
- We are happy to announce that forms are now supported in the online reader.
- This allows your frontline crew to fill in and submit a form, that you created previously in the editor. After a submission your backoffice team can trigger further actions based on defined status.
- Forms are not automatically available and will be rolled out step by step during the following weeks. Your Account Manager will inform about details.
- Forms will be supported in the iOS NG app as soon as possible

- Tables:
- Editing tables in a document has been adjusted. In some cases, when cells were merged the formatting of the header changed. Now when opening the module the formatting will be stable.

- When the roles of a user are updated in the Yonder Admin the reset of the roles in the Yonder Reader is not necessary any more.
- The document revision did not show up the the Revision side menu.
This has been fixed. - In some cases when opening the Revision Changes menu the page returned blank. This has been fixed.
File Drop
- Previously, it was only possible to adjust the metadata of existing file objects. Now it is also possible to replace the respective file. This way, the ID of the file object remains persistent and the links to the file remain valid.
- In some cases the “effective to” date of the file was not verified when the “effective to” date was changed. This has been fixed.

Exciting news! This new feature offers you an enhanced functionality.
Yonder now supports the import of DOCX files, allowing you to convert them into Yonder documents. This completely new feature enables you to work with and manipulate the imported files within Yonder, enhancing your overall productivity and content management experience.

General improvements and bug fixes:
- When the “visible from” date of a document is being modified the notification delivery will be adjusted accordingly.
- In some cases the Diff Import created an error, when there were links on changed modules. This has been fixed.
- Change Requests which have been pushed back to “Waitlist” are now excluded from the “List of changes” (dynamic content).
- When opening a revision or creating a new document the “Continue” button was shown before the “Import document” button. New: “Import Document” is followed by “Continue”.
This has been changed. - Dynamic content: The “List of Effective Modules” allows to create a table with basic information about all modules in the document. For the chapter column now the module number and the module title are included.
- User Management: Users created by external identity providers (e.g. Active Directory) could not be deleted in the Yonder User Management. This has been enabled.
- Editor: When using the “Save” button in the code view, the changes were not properly saved. This has been fixed.

- In some cases, when editing in a Change Request the deletion of a text in the draft was not deleted after saving. This has been fixed.
- When a new document was released an automatic notification was sent to all users who had access to this document. This notification has been disabled.
- Tasks: the color coding of the tasks has been updated.
- All tasks done: blue
- Open tasks and “Effective from date” in the past: red
- Open tasks and “Effective from date” currently valid: red
- Open tasks and “Effective from date” in the future: orange
- Global search: searches with a space or “?” was shown in an URL encoded format. This has been fixed.
- Library: The message “Currently no items available” is only displayed if there is no document and no sub folder that is shown in a folder.
- Change Request: The Change Request Summary / Title now allows 60 instead of 30 characters. In case you need this enabled, please send us a Service Request via the Yonder Support Desk.
- In some cases when a new revision of a document was released, notifications for past versions were sent. This has been fixed.
- When switching a document revision within the Reader, in some cases the focus of the reader jumped to another module. The reason was that the module or content flow was deleted. This has been changed.
- If the module still exists in the new revision of the document the focus will stay on the module in the new revision
- If the module was deleted a warning “module does not exist in the selected document revision; the parent content is shown instead” is shown
- If a complete branch, including the current module, was deleted a message that the content does not exist any more in the selected document revision and the user can either stay in the current version or go the previous main chapter is displayed.

Folders

Change Request
- When the “effective from” date of a document is changed, the change notification is updated automatically. This now works for the “Delete Module” Change Request as well.
Date displayed in Context Change
- The date shown in a context change is now in line with the “Effective from” Date from the Metadata of the document.

- A flag has been added which identifies that an export package has been triggered. Thus automated reports can be differentiated from manual reports.

Yonder API
- The Administrator can now configure Yonder to automatically export a package when a document is released. This package can be accessed using the Yonder API (application programming interface).
Enabling this feature allows you to automatically use Yonder content in other external systems.
Use cases:- Create automatically export packages so that they can be imported into any other external system.
- Store the data in a predefined location so that a document revisions can be archived after releasing (e.g. for compliance reasons).

Revert a Draft Revision
- It is now possible to roll back all changes created in a draft revision of a document. At the same time the workflow is set to the initial state. The revision will still be open.

- The "Publish" process has been improved and is now faster.
Open a document in the Reader from the Admin Console
- By clicking on the "3 dots" icon you can now open the document in the reader. You do not have to scroll through the document list in the reader, but open it directly from the Admin Console.

Highlights and Notes
- Highlights are now automatically transferred to the next revision, as long as the content of this module is unchanged.
- In case the content has been changed the user will be notified in the highlights sidebar about pending transfers. The user then can decide to manually relocate the highlight or not to transfer it to the latest revision.
- If the highlight has an attached note, the note will be transferred as well.

IQSMS
- The IQSMS Importer tab now shows the number of available regulations in a blue box, as highlighted in the image below.
- The regulation IDs have been added and are displayed separately in a dedicated column. In case of an inconsistency the regulation including its amendment will be marked red, as visible in the example below.
The regulations ID can be used for simplified troubleshooting.
- The import validator has been improved and will now check for removed and added paragraphs (module versions) in the latest imported version.
If the user decides to still import the amendment a warning message will be displayed. A new document in Yonder will be created. The image below shows such a warning message.
- Imported IQSMS regulations are no longer visible in the dashboard, except for users with a respective role. They can be accessed by all users via the link in other documents
- The interface has been adjusted to ensure that only effective document versions are available (archived, hidden or draft document versions are not available any more).

- Tags are applied after the diff import as specified in the manifest file of the import package.
- Released documents should not be editable any more. For certain use cases, e.g. update reused content, tags this edit function is necessary. A dedicated role can be given.

Tags on Document Revision
- Tags now are saved on document revisions. That means that tags on a module can be different in different revisions of a document, irrespective if the module has been changed or not. Thus the tag settings in released documents are stable.
IQSMS
- The interface has been adjusted to ensure that only effective document versions are available (draft document versions are not available any more).
- In some cases the scrolling to the end of a list of IQSMS documents did not show the last entries of the list. Now all items are displayed when scrolling to the end of the list.

Notification Center
- The “My Tasks” card is replaced by the “Notifications” card.
There is a notification for a “New document” and “New revision” where the number of total and open tasks per document is shown. Notifications can be deleted, once all tasks have been done. See image below for details.
- When you open a document from the Notification Center all tasks related to this revision are displayed in two tabs “Open” and “Done”. By clicking on a task, the module is shown in the diffing view containing the “previous” and “new” content.
- All tasks will remain accessible, even if already acknowledged or read.
- The e-mail notification has been changed. Once the document has been released the email is sent to the users. The email contains a link to the revised document.

- The ”Notifications” tab under “Workflow” has been renamed in “Updates”.
Change Request
- The proposal text of a Change Request can be adapted by multiple users. Thereby the proposal is now locked and a message is displayed if another user tries to edit the proposal text.
- In some cases the comparison view in a Change Request did not open. This bug has been fixed.

Yonder Online Reader
Highlights and Notes
- The Highlights & Notes which are created in the Yonder Online Reader are now displayed in the Yonder iOS App.
- You cannot create new Highlights & Notes in the iOS App.
- All Highlights & Notes of a document are listed in the sidebar on the document level. Notes are marked with a small icon next to the Highlight.
- The feature “Highlights & Notes” is supported in both day- and night-mode.
- Highlights & Notes will not be transferred to a new revision. But they are still available in the old version.
Folders and Favorites
- With the new Yonder version you can group favorites in personally defined folders. The animation below shows an example.
- The Folders are synchronized between the Yonder Online and Offline Reader (after the Yonder iOS App Release 7.0.0).
- It is now possible to set favorites for chapters and documents.

Picture Display. Error message: Bad request 400
- There was an issue that pictures could not be uploaded, pictures were not displayed correctly or the styling was lost, if the user had too many in Yonder. This bug has been fixed.
Yonder Rebranding
- Yonder installations are now also accessible with a *.yonder.info URL
Example: yourcompany.yonder.info
The old *.yondermind.info URLs will remain fully functional. You can use both URLs without any limitations.
