Files

In Files you see two types of content:

• PDF
• Memos

Files are not revised and currently don't support notifications compared to Documents that support advanced features.

Read status

Any unread files are shown in bold face. The first time you is opening the file, the status is set to ‘Read’.

Note: there is no compliance tracking on Files.

Search Option

Search is selecting search hits for the  title of the file. Only exact words are found.

Filter & Sort Options

It supports follwing types:

File Type

• All (default)
• PDF
• Memos

Read Status

• All (default)
• Read
• Undread

Uploaded by

• Person that loaded the file 

Notes:

• Multiselection is possible
• Default is ‘everybody’

Sort By

• Document name (Default: A→Z / Z→A)
• Effectivity date (ascending / descending)
