Documents - Export
The “Export” tab allows selected users to export the document as XML or PDF and / or generate document-related reports, if available.
For ease of reference, its functionalities are marked with numbers that refer to the tabs below the image.

Select Export Profile
Allows selected users to export the document or report based on the available export profiles. Remark: To choose an export profile, users must exit the “Edit Mode”, if applicable.

Execute Export
Allows users to export the document or report based on the previously selected export profile.

Set Print Profile for the Yonder Reader
Allows users to specify the print profile based on the previously selected export profile. Once the print profile is set, the respective print option will be available to selected users via the Yonder Reader as well.

Download Export
Allows users to download the respective document or report.

Delete Export
Allows users to delete the respective document or report generated.
Once the PDF Export Profile has been selected, click on the “Execute” Button and a pop up window will appear that allows you to select to print only Tagged modules:
In the above example clicking on the "Roles - Countries (standard)" box, and then the small triangle on the left side of the box, it will in turn open to show the tags in this document, the countries:
By selecting one of the countries, ie. Sweden, only those modules tagged with this tag will be shown in the PDF export.
If you need to print the whole document then just click on the “Export” button and a PDF Export of the whole document will be created:
The PDF Export File can then be downloaded using the Download Icon:
