Admin Console - Accessing the Admin Console
Access to the Admin Console
The Yonder Admin Console can be accessed in the following two ways:
- Via the Yonder Reader Online Dashboard
- Via URL in your web browser: To do so, type in the specific URL address of your Yonder tenant (e.g., yourcompany.yonder.info) and add “/admin” at the end. Example: yourcompany.yonder.info/admin
To access the Yonder Admin Console via the Yonder Reader Online dashboard, click on the three-line icon on the top left of the screen and choose “Admin Console”, as depicted in the animation below.
Remark: If you do not see this item as part of the available features of the three-line icon, it means that you do not have the permission to access the Admin Console.

The below image shows the Yonder Admin Console. For ease of reference, its functionalities are marked with numbers that refer to the tabs right below the image.

DOCUMENTS
Allows Users with the required roles to view and access the library of documents in Yonder, including the creation of document and various editing functions. There are 3 libraries available:
- Active - Draft and Released Documents
- IQSMS - Imported IQSMS Regulation Documents
- Archive - Released Documents which have been archived
Remark: Only visible to Users who have been assigned the required roles

JOBS
Provides an overview of the status of import jobs that are executed in the background.

User Management
Allows selected users to view and / or edit and create new users and to set the respective User Roles to give Users access to the various features or areas of Yonder.

IQSMS
Overview Imported Regulations
Shows all IQSMS regulations that are imported or ready to be imported via IQSMS.
Remark: Only visible to Users who have been assigned the roles allowing access and management of the IQSMS connector.

DEFINITIONS
This tab gives users access to the following:
- Document Types - here it is possible to manage the document types available to users when creating a document in Yonder. Each document type represents a different type of workflow and has to be assigned during the initial creation of a document.
- Tag Domains - using this tab you are able to manage the various Tag Domains in Yonder, which are then used to filter information in the document (Standard and Explicit Tags) or access of Users to specific documents (Mandatory Tags, also called Hard Roles).
- Export Profiles - in this area the various Export Profiles can be uploaded and stored. In Yonder it is possible to create PDF, Report and RAW Exports.
- IQSMS Settings - in this area the credentials for the IQSMS to Yonder Connector can be set.
